Shipping Within New Zealand

• Free Shipping: Orders over $150 NZD qualify for free shipping New Zealand wide including Rural Delivery addresses.

• Standard Shipping: A flat rate of $5.99 NZD applies to orders under $150 NZD

We pack and send your orders the same day*. Most customers in New Zealand receive their order the next day after placing it.

 

Shipping to Australia  (2-7 days.)

  • Orders over $150 AUD qualify for FREE DELIVERY Australia Wide 
  • Orders $100 - $149  Delivery is $9.99  (Promo)
  • Orders under $100 dollars delivery is $17.99

Processing Times

• Orders are processed ASAP & are shipped the same business day depending on courier cut off times. (2pm NZ time zone)

• You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

 

Daily Cut off times for same day pick up

New Zealand orders daily cut off for the same day courier pick up is 2pm

Australia cut off time for same day courier pick up is 2pm (NZ time zone)

 

Delivery Times

• New Zealand: Next day delivery for most North Island customers, 1-3 days for South Island Customers

• Australia: Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days.

 

Rural Delivery takes additional time. We are closed on public holidays and weekends will cause extra delivery time.
