Sizing - Most of our garments we call Free Sized or OSFM — One Size Fits Many — but every style has its own unique cut, and different shapes suit different bodies.
Will your Free Sized dresses fit me? First get your bust measurement. One way is to measure the bust of a favourite dress you already have in your wardrobe.
Flat lay it and measure from armpit to armpit. Then double that measurement to get bust size. Then compare your bust measurement with the one listed on our product page.
Incorrect Bust fit is the most common reason why a garment does not fit a person.

Q: How do we tell that you are the real Helga May website and not a copy as there has been lot of scams lately?
A: Google, "Helga May Tauranga" and that will bring up our google profile. Note the physical addresses match up with what we have listed below. You can read our google reviews, which are years old and that the Google profile links to here at Helgamay.com/ You can also view our facebook page. https://www.facebook.com/helgamayfashion. Its many years old and links to this website as well.
Q: Why are you not using the .co.nz domain name if you are a New Zealand company?
A: We feel using .com has more of a international brand image and since we sell to Australia, New Zealand, U.K, USA and Sweden. The .com was better suited to our needs.
Q: Why don't you have a phone number listed ?
A: Email is so much faster and efficient. If you want to ring us. Use the contact form below and we can forward you our phone number or we can ring you. Customers receive our contact phone number.
Q: I don't see your latest drop on here from your Facebook post?
A: New styles are released exclusively to our wonderful stockists — 45 days ahead during summer and 30 days during winter. For the latest pieces, please visit your local Helga May stockist — they’ll be happy to help you out!

A: Use the contact form below to let us know which item you’d like us to reserve for your exchange — as quickly as possible. (We’ll do our best!)
We’ll email you a free return courier label, and once we’ve received your item back, we’ll send out your replacement — free of charge.This service is available for New Zealand customers only.
