A: Google, "Helga May Tauranga" and that will bring up our google profile. Note the physical addresses matches up with what we have listed above. You can read our google reviews, which are years old and that the Google profile links to here at Helgamay.com/

Q: Why are you not using the .co.nz domain name if you are a New Zealand company?
A: We feel using .com has more of a international brand image and since we sell to Australia, New Zealand, U.K, USA and Sweden. The .com was better suited to our needs. All orders are sent from our Helga May Head quarters at 33 Burrows Street, Tauranga, New Zealand.

Q: I don't see your latest drop on here from your Facebook post?
A: New styles are released exclusively to our wonderful stockists —30 days ahead of us. Some styles will also not be listed on our website, if they sell out during a wholesale drop they will only be available via your local stockists. For the latest pieces, please visit your local Helga May stockist — they’ll be happy to help you out!

Q: What is your exchange process?
A: Use the contact form on this page to let us know which item you’d like us to reserve for your exchange — as quickly as possible.

We’ll email you a free return courier label, and once we’ve received your item back, we’ll send out your replacement — free of charge. This service is available for New Zealand customers only.

Our Helga May Outlet store — located at our warehouse and open Tuesday to Saturday (10am–3pm) — is run as a separate business. It offers last season’s styles and factory B’s.
